The historical “Old Monkey Home” build in 1910 can not be further used for the original animal husbandry . The current masterplan suggest an redevelopment of the building and the site to habitate different animals . The masonry and historical reinforced concrete structure needs to be rehabilitated and strenghtend for the new loadings and amended enviromental conditions. The majority of the Structural elements are damanged after 100 years in service and do required a careful drafted repair strategy.
