The historical “Bear Castle” build in 1928 can not be further used for animal husbandry . The current masterplan suggest an redevelopment of the building and the site as an adventure playground. The masonry and historical reinforced concrete structure needs to be rehabilitated and strenghtend for the new loadings and amended enviromental conditions. The majority of the RC-elements are damanged after 90 years in service and required a proper concrete repair strategy.
