As a design review office, we consider ourselves as a partner to both the client and the planning team. We are fully aware of the framing conditions and project constraints and can draw on more than 30 years of professional experience in structural engineering and in the engineering supervision of construction projects.
After submission of the review documents, we are always available for a kick-off meeting with the lead designer, the structural engineer, and, if necessary, all other parties involved in the design process. This meeting allows the designers to explain their designs and assumptions, clarify interfaces, and coordinate project processes and deadlines efficiently.
