In recent years, there has been a high level of investment in educational buildings in Leipzig, driven by structural planning adjustments necessitated by positive population growth. This has mainly involved the construction of kindergartens, schools, and universities. When designing existing and new buildings, the focus is on barrier-free access, compliance with accident insurance regulations, sustainable planning, and the implementation of flexible space and building concepts.
In recent years, we have completed several renovation and new construction projects for both public and private clients.
